“644 sf space with two 3x7 foot paneled windows on the south wall, and 2 north facing windows, one a 5x9 foot arched paneled window, located on the north east corner of the room, the other is a 2x4 foot window on the north west side. The south and west walls in this space are a stunning limestone Venetian plaster. The north wall is the original peachy brick and the west wall is a 13 foot cyclorama wall. Flooring in this space is original hardwood with a dark stain. Ceilings are 12 feet with exposed framing.”
