Eagles Nest Reservoir is a scenic man-made lake nestled in the eastern foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, just east of Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Created in 1995 by damming a Creek, it serves as a critical component of the local water supply system, providing water for culinary, irrigation, and recreational purposes to the surrounding communities.

Wildflowers generally are bloomed here late spring during the month of May however they can sometime be present still into the first couple weeks of June.

This location is at a higher altitude which can make for hot summer temperatures to be a bit cooler.

Pros: Easy to access, less crowded, easy parking
