Silver Lake - Big Cottonwood Canyon

Located up Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Availability: June through November (Closed during winter months) The walkway is usually clear of snow come the month of June however snow may still be present in your photographs until the month of July.

Address: Silver Lake is located at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Approximately 30 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. I prefer to meet at the bottom of the canyon where you will then follow me up toward the top.

Additional Notes: There is a fee to park here. If you have a “America the Beautiful” National Park Pass that covers the parking fee.
