Features: pond, hammock, barn, fields of grass, horses, chickens, cows, rustic trucks, stream, white fencing, 30+ acres of beautiful private property, easily accessible, stream with a bridge over it, stunning mountain backdrop, tall trees, matured grounds, gazebo, old wooden shed from the 18th century.
Property rules: No dogs allowed, no more than 9 total people, drive slow on the property, I must first get special permission prior to scheduling, no sundays, respect the property.
